Studio apartments in Corte Madera -options?

Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 10,101 people. Household incomes average around $220,771 in Corte Madera. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Nice parks and trails
- Low crime in most areas
- Easy commute
- Lots of new development

Cons:
- Sprawl everywhere
- Boring for young people
- Chain restaurants dominate

It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 5 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the food scene is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Midtown area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
