How much do you pay for rent in Corunna?

Hello, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 3,054, Corunna is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots? Cheers. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

I'm a teacher and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
