First post here. Been living here since 2011. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,342 for rent here. Poverty rate is 10.1%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 60,424 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
