Cost of living reality check -Coshocton

So, I'm single, late 20s, and Homes are going for about $121,400 on average. Poverty rate is 15.9%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $725/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
