Rent in Coshocton getting crazy

Alright, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $121,400 on average. The median home value here is around $121,400, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $48,819 in Coshocton. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
