Best apartments in Costa Mesa under ?

Random thought, Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Cedar Grove area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.
