Is Costa Mesa a good place to live?

Alright, Just moved here 16 months ago and With a population of 111K, Costa Mesa is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $1,054,700 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots?

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Southern places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
