Random thought, The median home value here is around $1,419,400, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
