Best companies to work for in Coto de Caza?

I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $232,470 in Coto de Caza. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I've lived in West for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- The safety scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..
