Is it worth buying in Coto de Caza?

So, Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $3,501 for rent here. Median household income is $232,470, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I work in retail here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is improving. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
