Worst things about Coto de Caza nobody talks about

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 27-year-old police officer and Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Pine Hills area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
