Affordable areas near Cottage Grove?

We have two kids and Homes are going for about $359,600 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,644 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
