Co-working spaces in Cottage Grove?

First post here. Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Cottage Grove sits at 77.3 per 100K. The median home value here is around $359,600, which seems about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Oak Park. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in legal. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
