Anyone work in healthcare in Cottage Grove?
Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $318,800 on average. Rent is about $1,031/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
