Worst things about Cottage Grove nobody talks about

Rent is about $1,031/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thanks for reading. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Pine Hills area are underrated. Kids love it here.
