Pros and cons of Cottage Grove after 10 years

Longtime lurker here, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Anyone in a similar situation?

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
