Hey folks, Been living here since 2015. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 7,906, Cottage Grove is a small town. The median home value here is around $401,900, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
