Rent in Cottage Lake getting crazy
Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 11 months ago and Rent is about $2,374/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Cottage Lake sits at 70.1 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
