Is public transit usable in Cottonwood CDP (Shasta County)?

Hey folks, Been living here since 2023. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Phoenix it's hit or miss.
