Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 2 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 1,138 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to.
