Starting a business in Cottonwood?

Hey everyone, I'm originally from Memphis and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $180,200 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Cottonwood sits at 253.1 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks for reading. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
