First time home buyer in Coulee Dam

Alright, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 1,457, Coulee Dam is a small town. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
