First post here. I've been here for 6 years and Homes are going for about $164,300 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Council Bluffs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
