Hey, With a population of 10,017, Country Club is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Country Club sits at 1,331.5 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
