Hey everyone, Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Country Club sits at 68.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $70,974 in Country Club. Rent is about $1,813/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
