Rent in Country Club getting crazy

Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 51,000 people. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Cheers. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
