What's it really like living in Country Club?

First post here. Median household income is $70,974, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
