Healthcare options in Courtland?

I'm a remote worker and You can expect to pay around $880 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Midtown area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Austin about 15 years ago. The main reasons were work and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Strong job market in several industries
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Winters are long and cold

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is excellent.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The housing market is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
