Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from New York and You can expect to pay around $1,425 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 6,306 people. Homes are going for about $216,900 on average. Household incomes average around $96,318 in Covedale. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
