Best apartments in Covina under ?

Rent is about $1,839/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 14 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
