Random thought, Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The traffic is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
