Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $666,000 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 50,143 people. With a population of 50,143, Covina is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.

- Sprawl everywhere

Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
