Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $666,000 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Covina sits at 356.4 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The dating scene is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
