The good and bad of living in Covina

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 50,143 people. Household incomes average around $94,792 in Covina. Crime rate is something to consider -Covina sits at 356.4 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Minneapolis it's average.

Came here for family and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The healthcare is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
