Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $666,000 on average. Median household income is $94,792, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
