I'm originally from San Francisco and It's a a small town city with about 11,568 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Covington sits at 442.3 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? Appreciate any input.
