Alright, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $2,220 for rent here. Homes are going for about $590,100 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
