Moving to Covington for work -advice?

First post here. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $590,100, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Hope this helps!.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
