Best industries in Crainville right now

Household incomes average around $64,559 in Crainville. Homes are going for about $181,700 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The traffic is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. My neighborhood (Fairview) is affordable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Austin, be prepared for the culture shock. nightlife is completely different here. And Winters are long and cold.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 7 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
