Is Crandall worth it salary-wise?

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $272,900, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $105,556 in Crandall. Rent is about $1,274/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $272,900 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is challenging in most areas.
