Moving to Cresaptown with kids -good idea?

Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $838/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $53,804 in Cresaptown. You can expect to pay around $838 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Looking forward to hearing from you all. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
