First post here. It's a a small town city with about 1,856 people. You can expect to pay around $788 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up.
