Is Cresco good for remote workers?

Hey folks, I've been here for 1 years and Rent is about $814/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 9.1%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $105,200 on average. You can expect to pay around $814 for rent here. The median home value here is around $105,200, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Minneapolis about 10 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are reasonable, gas is underrated.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. No regrets on my end..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
