Pros and cons of Cressona after 8 years

Hi all, I've been here for 6 years and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
