Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Crest sits at 318.0 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. With a population of 3,034, Crest is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
