Hey folks, Been living here since 2022. Crime rate is something to consider -Crest Hill sits at 267.9 per 100K. Household incomes average around $71,408 in Crest Hill. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
