Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and Poverty rate is 10.4%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $1,488 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
