Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,488 for rent here. Poverty rate is 10.4%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
