What to expect moving to Creston?

First post here. We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Creston sits at 334.0 per 100K. Household incomes average around $50,752 in Creston. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? Thanks! I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
