We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Crestview? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
